Located just 30 minutes from Annecy, 1 hour from Geneva, and 2 hours from Lyon, Le Chalet des Praz welcomes you for lunch in the sun after skiing, a mountain dinner with the family, or an evening with friends in a friendly, festive, and warm atmosphere.
Our cuisine, made from high-quality local products, offers a generous menu featuring Savoyard fondue, tartiflette, sharing platters, vegetarian dishes, grilled meats, and giant desserts, to be enjoyed in our three dining areas: the main dining room (80-100 seats), the heated outdoor terrace (60 seats), and the upstairs dining room (30-50 seats) for a cozy experience with views of snow-capped peaks or alpine meadows, depending on the season.

FESTIVE AFTER-SKI PARTY WITH DJ
Extend your days on the slopes with our daily après-ski party from noon to 5 p.m., featuring DJ sets, live concerts, house cocktails, mulled wine, local beers, and mountain snacks.
Come and enjoy yourself on our terrace, tapping your feet in your ski boots on the bar, sharing gourmet platters and experiencing a unique moment filled with music.

On Thursdays, experience L’Échappée Nocturne: snowshoeing in the moonlight, aperitif under the stars, mountain dinner, guided yooner descent.
On Fridays and Saturdays, it's time for Chalet Fever: à la carte dinner and festive evening with a club DJ.

What are the opening hours of the Chalet des Praz?
Outside school holidays (except seminars and private events):

Can the Chalet des Praz be privatized for a seminar or private event?
Yes! We host corporate seminars, weddings, birthdays, private parties, team building events, and any other event, both in winter and off-season.
Outside our public opening period (April to December), we offer partial or total private hire with catering, DJs, tailor-made entertainment, and mountain activities.
How to reserve a table at Chalet des Praz?
Reservations can be easily made online through our partner ZenChef or by phone.
We recommend booking in advance, especially for our themed evenings and weekends.
Where is the Chalet des Praz located?
We are located in La Clusaz, in the heart of the French Alps:

- 20 minutes from Le Grand-Bornand

Accessible by car, free shuttle bus, gondola lift from the village, or on skis during the winter season (below the Crêt du Merle chairlift).

Every afternoon in winter, our heated outdoor bar comes alive with DJ sets, live bands, and a festive atmosphere.
À la carte: mulled wine, cocktails, beers, sharing platters, and snacks.
Do you organize weddings in the mountains?
Yes! Le Chalet des Praz is a unique venue for a winter or off-season wedding.
We offer customized packages including private use of the chalet, decoration, tailor-made menus, coordination, and entertainment.

When is the Chalet des Praz open?
- Winter season: mid-December to early April (open to the public)

What are the typical dishes served at the Chalet des Praz?
Of course, you'll find all the essentials of Savoyard cuisine: cheese fondue and tartiflette.
But our chef also offers a wide selection of meat and fish dishes, as well as more refined dishes to satisfy all tastes.

Does Le Chalet des Praz offer vegetarian menus?
Yes, of course! Our menu includes several vegetarian options.
We can also adapt our recipes upon request when you make your reservation, to meet your dietary needs or restrictions.
Is there parking near the Chalet des Praz?
Access by car to the Chalet is limited and there are not many parking spaces available on site.
We strongly recommend using the free village shuttle to get to our place.
The stop is "Les Veyriers" – Line 5, which drops you off right next to the Chalet des Praz.
